I call the broadband provider to complaint about unstable line. Their techinician over the phone are so polite to tell me they want me to do some testing so that they can check what is my problem. This is really getting to my nerve and I was so mad almost rising my voice saying I dont want to do testing again and again...because I have been doing it many times in 2 weeks. The answer still the same and nothing improved.
The next thing making me boiling is when I told them I want a techincian to check at my place,the lady over the phone said, "If so, I need to have the report and you need to do all the checking for me before I can put in request......"
After another round of checking and finally she said, we will arrrange technician to come to me in 2 days time. To be frank, the technician turn up today but I wasnt in. I hope tomorrow they can really repair my line.
