Haiz.....I hate to have this unsolve problem on the internet connection.
I called many time to complaint about the service and the answer I get is "we will lodge a report for you...". As Jess said before " to make a report about the earlier complaint not solve or about the internet connection is not good?"
I am helping hubby on the business and need to go online every day, actually every minutes we need to communicate with customer online. Now with this lousy connection, I cannot send out my message and wasting lot of time on waiting.
This also make me become lazy to update my blog......angry....angry....If there is another provider, I will definitely change it immediately.
